Partnerships
We take our retail partnerships seriously and choose them carefully! We reserve the right to limit the number of organizations we partner with in order to ensure a healthy market for all retail partners and to make sure that we do not overwhelm our product availability.
Minimum Order
Minimum orders are as outlined on AshaProject.Faire.com
Retail Price
Retailers purchasing wholesale with Asha Project agree to follow our guidelines for a minimum retail price listed as 'suggested retail' or double the wholesale cost unless otherwise mentioned. Sales and discounts of a reasonable amount and for a reasonable length of time is acceptable. We reserve the right to end partnerships with those who sell our products regularly as a discount or cost lower than our mentioned minimum retail cost.

Order Payment
All payments for orders placed on Faire.com will be handled by Faire directly.
Order Fulfilment
Our average fulfilment time is 3-5 business days. Current fulfilment times can be checked at
AshaProject.Faire.com. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly after your order is submitted and advise on their pending availability.
Product Quality
We work hard to ensure the quality of our products and we stand behind it! Exchanges and refunds are available if a product has a quality issue, and it will be replaced.
Handmade
All of our products are handmade; all products are subject to slight variation in colour, shape, dimension, and texture which makes them one of a kind! That is the beauty of handmade products made from recycled material and these variations are assets of the handmade aesthetic and do not constitute quality issues.
Asha Project Product Tags
To ensure an ongoing partnership, retailers carrying Asha Project products agree that the Asha Project product tags and information must remain on the products. This ensures public education on Fair Trade, the impact the purchase of these products has and gives honor and proper recognition to the artisans who made them. We recognise that some retailers may desire or choose to remove our tags and sell the products brand free, and that is certainly your choice. However, as a Fair Trade Non-Profit, out of respect for the women who made our products and the hard work they are putting in to learning skills and providing for their families, we reserve the right to sell our products ONLY to those partners who choose to champion the women who are making them and in doing so helping bring HOPE back to their families and communities.
Promo Material
Promotional Pictures - We love that our wholesale and retail customers love shopping handmade, fair trade products that connect them directly to the women who made them. And we love to be able to provide you with pictures that show the hands and faces of the women who's lives are being impacted when you shop with Asha Project. Please feel free to use any and all of these pictures for sales and promotional purposes when selling or promoting Asha Project products. *Please DO NOT use these pictures to represent any other entity or product without prior consent.
